		Email
				            
		Exchange email is synched to Salesforce based on email addresses found in Salesforce. Both sent and received
            emails are saved at the contact along with any attachments. 
		
    Contact
		            
		Contacts are synched between SalesForce and Outlook / Exchange. 
		Casses and opportunites can be created as well.
				            
		Contacts can be creatd in Salesforce or Outlook / Exchange.
    Leads
		            Leads 
		are synched between SalesForce and Outlook / Exchange. 
            Leads can 
		be created in SalesForce or in Outlook / Exchange.
     Calendar
				            
		All events are synched with Outlook / Exchange unless marked as private.
		   Tasks
				            
		All open Tasks are synched with Outlook / Exchange unless marked as private.
Outlook / Exchange
EmailEmails that match an SMTP address in SalesForce contacts or leads are automatically saved.
The emails will be marked Emails (Sent) or Email (Received) in the Notes section of a Contact.
Email attachments are stored on the contact record under attachments.
    Contacts
		         A new contact folder 
		called "SF Contacts" is created under the personal contacts folder and 
		contains all
		        the contacts within 
		
		
		
		SalesForce that are assigned to you. Adding a contact in the SF Contacts 
		folder will
        create a new 
		contact in SalesForce.    
A new contact folder called "SF Leads" is created under the personal contacts folder and contains all
the contacts within alesForce that are assigned to you. Adding a contact in the SF Leads folder will
create a new lead in SalesForce. Calendar
All calendar items except items marked private will synch with SalesForce.
Quick Add Email Folders in Outlook / Exchange
 
Copy or move an email to this folder to create a case and a contact if the contact does not exist.
    Create SF Contact
            Copy or move 
an email to this folder to create a contact if the contact does not exist.
    Create SF Lead
            Copy or move 
an email to this folder to create a lead if the lead does not exist in 
SalesForce.
    Create SF Opportunity
            Copy or move 
an email to this folder to create an opportunity and a contact if the contact 
does not exist.
Any platform is supported as long as it can communicate with Microsoft Exchange Server and view multiple folders.
